OverlordNeon's 2018 Commissions [OPEN]

Made some changes to the commission chart! Aside from changing the example images and making the whole chart look much nicer overall, I've made some price adjustments. All the base prices are the same but I changed the prices of adding additional characters. (now adding every character above the base character limit is + 1/3 of the original commission price) Hopefully it all looks less complicated.
I've also added reference sheet commissions that I'll be trying out! As I've been doing a few for Piecey.

New Years! 2018 update! I haven't raised any of the commission prices, however I have removed the character limits.  Now all the commissions are only for only 1 character at base price.  Anyone who has requested and paid for a commission before this date will not have their current commissions subjected to the change.

Other details
 Firstly I ask, please don't abuse the "chibi" commissions. Yes they're irrationally cheap for only 2$ but they're mostly for those who don't have so much cash to spend on commissions or who simply want to see me draw some specific character for fun.  If you're ordering a large amounts of "chibi" commissions in bulk and nothing else I will probably start declining you're requests (or just ask that you wait some time before requesting any more) 
 From now on the chibi commissions will be done within a week. Ideally within one or two nights. All other commissions will take over a week to a month or so to finish depending on how many other commissions I have before yours.  If you'd like a commission to be done before a specific date, do let me know when and why before you purchase it.
 My rule for payments is that you're free to pay for a commission whenever it's convenient to you BUT I won't post the finished piece until it's been paid for.
